Timeline of Events in the Matter of Local Government Center 1/10/14 – 4/15/15

January 10, 2014	Final Order issued by N.H. Supreme Court in LGC appeal primarily affirming administrative order
January 10, 2014	LGC releases Settlement Agreement entered into on October 28, 2013 between HT and PLT transferring all assets of PLT to HT in attempt to satisfy PLT obligations under N.H. Supreme Court order and putting PLT into runoff administered by HT
February 7, 2014	BSR files Motion for Entry of Default Order alleging October 28, 2014 Settlement Agreement between HT and PLT violated August 16, 2012 administrative order and January 10, 2014 N.H. Supreme Court affirmation
July 21, 2014	Final merits hearing on BSR Motion for Entry of Default Order
July 21 -22, 2014	BST, HT, and PLT negotiate terms of Consent Decree in lieu of final merits hearing. Consent Decree agreed to by all parties and included terms keeping PLT in runoff and permitting PLT to request permission from Presiding Officer any time before July 1, 2015 to resume writing business and permitting the BSR to object to any such request
August 4, 2014	Consent Decree affirmed by Presiding Officer and issued in conjunction with Omnibus Order
November 17, 2014	Final Order on remand issued ordering HT and PLT reimburse BSR legal fees for administrative enforcement and N.H. Supreme Court appeal
