#60 Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Dr. Margaret Greenwald as a substitute medical examiner, for a total not to exceed $19,998, for the period of March 12-16, 2018 and April 18-21, 2018. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.

#63 Authorize the Division of Personnel’s request for waiver of classification decisions. Effective upon G&C approval.
#64 Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property to exercise a renewal option to extend a contract with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers d/b/a NH New Hampshire LLC of Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-26-15, item #87), for the provision of professional technical training services, by increasing the amount by $75,000 from $300,000 to $375,000, and by extending the end date through June 30, 2020.
#65 Authorize a new chapter of the Department of Administrative Services Manual of Procedures (“DAS MOP”), DAS MOP 151 (“Governor and Executive Council Policies”), effective upon G&C approval, and inclusion in that chapter of a policy identified as Governor and Executive Council Policy 2018-001. The text of the proposed chapter and “Governor and Executive Council Policy 2018-001” is found in attachment A of the request.
#66 Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property to retroactively exercise a contract amendment option with Arcomm Communications Corp, Hillsboro, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-24-13, item #14), for the provision of Closed Cirucit Television maintenance and repair services. This amendment represents the option to add locations and amend the scope of services to the contract and increase the price by $5,000 from $75,000 to $80,000 to account for the additional locations. Effective August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2018.
