#A Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR), Division of Parks & Recreation, Bureau of Trails to purchase sections of Bailey bridge from the Department of Transportation, for $25,000.00. Further authorization is requested for the Department of Transportation (DOT) to sell the Bailey bridge sections to the Bureau of Trails, for the purpose of replacing a snowmobile bridge over the Israel River in Jefferson, NH effective upon Governor and Council approval. 100% Other Funds.

#B. Authorize the petition of Hale requesting a pardon hearing for the offense of Theft by Unauthorized Taking should be granted. The petitioner is not eligible for an annulment.
