Authorize the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to enter into a retroactive sole source agreements with Greater Nashua Mental Health Center at Community Council and JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, for the provision of clinical and evaluation services in support of the Hillsborough County-South’s Drug Court expansion effort, in an amount not to exceed $851,622. Effective October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration grant).
