Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Nott’s Excavating Inc., White River Junction, VT, for stabilization of approximately 400 feet of failed roadway embankment in Plainfield, on the basis of a low bid of $1,237,473. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $123,747.30 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 19, 2020. 100% Betterment Funds.
