DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
#A. Authorize to enter into a contract with Northern New England Telephone Operations LLC d/b/a Fairpoint Inc., Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 7-11-12, item #17), for Dark Fiber Facilities Services in an amount not to exceed $216,000. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2022.
#B. Authorize to enter into a contract with Enhanced Communications of Northern New England, d/b/a Fairpoint Inc., Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 7-2-14, item #9), for Internet Service Provider Services in an amount not to exceed $109,195.20. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2022.
#C. Authorize to enter into a contract with Gartner Inc., Stamford, CT, for Information Technology Advisory Services, for a not-to-exceed total of $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021, with the option to extend for up to three one-year terms, not to exceed 7 years in total.
#D. Authorize to enter into a contract with Interactive Digital Solutions, Inc., Nobles, IN 46060 (originally approved by G&C on 10/7/2009- item #19, amended 6/20/2011- item #18, 6/19/2013-item #21 and 6/10/2015-item #36), for Video Conferencing Services in an amount not to exceed total of $30,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020.
NEW HAMPSHIRE FISH & GAME DEPARTMENT
#E. Authorize to enter into a contract with Sommerville-Wilson Inc., (d/b/a Split Rock Studios) of Arden Hills, MN, to design exhibits for a corner of the Discovery Center and to paint a wall mural for the exhibits, in the amount of $17,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 12, 2017. 70% Federal, 30% Fish and Game Funds.
