#A Authorize the Sununu Youth Services Center, to enter into a lease agreement with Granite Pathways, Inc. upon the date of Governor and Executive Council Approval, or November 1, 2018, whichever date is later, through October 31, 2022. Rent paid to Department in support for this request will be deposited for State Fiscal Years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. (2)Further authorize the Division for Behavioral Health to enter into an agreement with Granite Pathways Inc., to provide residential adolescent substance use disorder treatment services. Effective upon the date of Governor and Executive Council approval, or November 1, 2018, whichever date is later, through October 31, 2022.
