#A. Pursuant to RSA 21-I:29-a, II Authorize the Department to disburse to Mrs. Heather Arkell, of Brentwood, as the surviving spouse of deceased Police Officer Stephen J. Arkell, death benefits in the amount of $100,000. Effective upon Governor and Council approval. 100% General Funds.
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
#B. Authorize the Department to enter into a sole source agreement with Pepperrell Cove Marine Services, Inc, Portsmouth in the amount of $9,999 to perform an emergency underwater inspection and repair of a broken, leaking and inoperable gate at Mendums Pond Dam in Nottingham and Barrington. Effective upon Governor and Council approval though December 31, 2014. 100% Capital (General) Funds.
