#A Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services, to enter into amendments with the Vendors listed in the table below, with the exception of Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc. (see Requested Action #2), to continue to provide services for substance use disorder treatment and recovery support by extending the completion date from September 30, 2017 to March 31, 2018 and by increasing the price limitation by $4,031,948 from $15,029,520 to an amount not to exceed and $19,061,368, effective October 1, 2017 upon governor and Executive Council approval.
