Be it resolved to recommend that the following officer, currently a Colonel in the New Hampshire Army National Guard, be nominated for appointment to the rank of Colonel, New Hampshire Air National Guard. This officer meets all prerequisites for this grade, having been found to be physically, mentally, and professionally qualified.
