COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
#A Authorize under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the County of Cheshire, 12 Court Street, Keene, New Hampshire, in the amount of $300,000.00 to Monadnock Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) who will provide equity in the form of a loan to a newly formed LLC, owned by MEDC, for the redevelopment of a warehouse that will become a new state of the art production facility for Unity Building Technologies (UBT) a subsidiary of Benson Woodworking Company, Inc. (BWC). Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.

#B Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with R.T.H. Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (VC# 277973) Brentwood, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,075,395, for Steam Conversion at the New Hampshire Hospital Warehouse, Transportation Garage, Laundry, Grounds Shop and the Upham Walker House, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize the amount of $35,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction (VC# 177875), for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $1,110,395. Effective upon G&C approval through October 15, 2017, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% General Funds.
