Help America Vote Act
The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) was passed by congress in 2002, and required every state to create and maintain a statewide, centralized voter database, provide accessible voting equipment in every polling place, provide poll worker training, enforce the federal act, and provide voter education on HAVA.

RSA 659:13, II (5)(A)(i - iii)
(i) College, university, or career schools in New Hampshire and approved to operate or licensed to operate in New Hampshire.
(ii) Public High Schools in New Hampshire.
(iii) Non-public High Schools in New Hampshire accredited by a private school accrediting agency that is recognized by the department of education.
