Help America Vote Act
The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) was passed by congress in 2002, and required every state to create and maintain a statewide, centralized voter database, provide accessible voting equipment in every polling place, provide poll worker training, enforce the federal act, and provide voter education on HAVA.

RSA 659:13, II (5)(A)(i - iii)
(i) College, university, or career schools in New Hampshire and approved to operate or licensed to operate in New Hampshire.
(ii) Public high schools in New Hampshire.
(iii) Non Public high schools in New Hampshire accredited by a private school accrediting agency that is recognized by the department of education.
