#21        Authorize to enter into retroactive contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 26, 2020, to assist pregnant and parenting women and other families with children up to the age of 21 years by promoting family wellness, decreasing family stressors and preventing child abuse, neglect and juvenile justice involvement, and by providing education and support, in an amount not to exceed $13,656,620. #H.         Pursuant to RSA 21-P:43, RSA 4:45, RSA 4:47, and Executive Order 2020-04, as extended by Executive Order 2020-05, 2020-08, 2020-09 and 2020-10, Governor Sununu has authorized the Department of Health and Human Services to accept and expend additional federal funds from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, in the amount of $308,085. #I.           Pursuant to RSA 21-P:43, RSA 4:45, RSA 4:47, and Executive Order 2020-04, as extended by Executive Order 2020-05, 2020-08, 2020-09 and 2020-10, Governor Sununu has authorized the Department of Health and Human Services to: (1)accept and expend $46,875,000 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the COVID-19 response efforts. These initial appropriations will be budgeted as allocated. They represent an anticipated 75% reimbursement from FEMA. Further, DHHS requests the ability to transfer between the accounts noted and into new accounts, as needed without further approval. Effective through June 30, 2021. #S.          Pursuant to RSA 21-P:43, RSA 4:45, RSA 4:47, and Executive Order 2020-04, as extended by Executive Order 2020-05, 2020-08, 2020-09 and 2020-10, Governor Sununu has authorized the Department of Health and Human Services to accept and expend additional revenue from the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund (aka CARES Act) Provider Relief Fund in the amount of $432,287. Effective upon Governor approval through June 30, 2021. This relief fund allocates CARES Act funding directly to healthcare providers for the sole purpose of prevention, preparation and response to the COVID-19. #T.          Pursuant to RSA 21-P:43, RSA 4:45, and Section 7 of Executive Order 2020-04, as extended by Executive Order 2020-05, 2020-08, 2020-09 and 2020-10, Governor Sununu has authorized the Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Behavioral Health, to enter into sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 24, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $1,731,950 for crisis intervention services, mental and substance use disorder treatment, and other related recovery supports for youth and adults who are under or uninsured and are impacted by COVID-19, and healthcare professionals. Effective June 23, 2020 through August 19, 2021, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
