The Governor and Executive Council, at their meeting held on March 30 2011, approved a Precept for a Special Election to be held for State Representative in Strafford County District No. 3.

Filing Period: April 4-8 2011 (Candidates may file with their town clerks on April 4 or April 5, if the clerk
has normal business hours on those days or with the Secretary of State on any day-Candidates filing on the last day (Friday, the 8th) they must do so in person at Secretary of State's Office.)
