  • CUSTOMER NOTICE: 

    ERROR MESSAGES COMPLETING QUICKSTART FILINGS 

    A number of customers have reported issues when attempting to complete online filings using the NH QuickStart site.  Specifically, slowness or delays in processing time have resulted to charges being applied to a user’s credit card but the filing submitted remains in the user’s shopping cart.  

    For transactions attempted on or after March 14, 2020, should you experience this problem, please do not resubmit the items in the shopping cart.  Instead, Secretary of State staff will match the credit card charge to the appropriate transaction in the user’s QuickStart account in 2-3 business days.  If duplicate charges occur, these charges will be refunded when the transaction is completed.  Depending on the customer’s bank, refunds should appear on your credit card statement within a few business days.
