SPECIAL ELECTION

The Governor and Executive Council, at their meeting held on January 6, 2011, approved a Precept for a Special Election to be held for State Representative in Hillsborough County District No. 4.

Filing Period:  January 10 - 15, 2011 (Candidates may file with their town clerks on January 10 or 11, if the clerk
                                                                                                 has normal business hours on those days or with the Secretary of State on any day-Candidates filing on the last day  (Friday, the 15th) must do so in person at Secretary of State's Office.)

Primary Election:  March 15, 2011 (There will NOT be a primary election since only one candidate  from each political party filed)

Special Election: May 17, 2011
