    Filing for Federal/State/County Office
    The filing Period for 2018 Primary and General Elections is June 6-15, 2018
     

    Declarations of Candidacy for the offices of United States Senator, Representative in Congress, Governor, Executive Councilor, State Senator and County Officers are not available on line.  Please contact the Secretary of State's Office for forms at 603-271-3242 or elections@sos.nh.gov  

    Declarations of Candidacy for State Representative and Delegate to the Republican State Convention are not available on line.  Forms will be available at the town or city clerk's office during the filing period. 

    Primary Petition for all offices - Candidates may file the requisite number of primary petitions in lieu of the administrative assessment fee - along with a Declaration of Candidacy, an Assent to Candidacy and Statement of Financial Interests. 


    Declarations of Intent - As an alternative to nomination by party primary, a candidate may have his or her name placed on the ballot for the state general election by submitting the requisite number of nomination papers.  RSA 655:40-46.
